The Basic Sensor Node is designed for educational purposes to teach students how to program wireless sensor nodes to communicate with sink nodes. It designed to generate small vibrations on a surface, which are measured by an attached accelerometer, and sends the data to a sink node using Long Range (LoRa) technology. This node features two LEDs that students can program to indicate the vibration status.
